• Anyone who must use a box spring: TOV does not state whether this frame takes one; ask us before ordering.

• Anyone who needs it within days: every option is currently on pre-order.
• Outdoor use: this is indoor furniture; keep it inside, away from rain and strong sun.

What are the Denise Cream Boucle Bed dimensions?

Overall it measures King: 83.4"W x 94.9"D x 43.5"H; Queen: 66"W x 94.9"D x 43.5"H. The headboard is 43.5" tall and the side rails 15.6" high.

Does the Denise Cream Boucle Bed need assembly, and will it fit through my door?

Some assembly is required; TOV includes instructions. Plan on two people to lift the headboard. It ships in 2 boxes; the largest box measures 85.7"W x 39.5"D x 21.7"H. Measure doorways, hallways and stair turns against the box before ordering.

How much weight can the Denise Cream Boucle Bed hold?

TOV rates it for 1100 to 1500 lb in total, depending on the option (see Specifications for each option). That is the frame rating for mattress plus sleepers (our note).

How do I clean the Denise Cream Boucle Bed?

Our advice (TOV publishes only general care for this item): vacuum regularly, blot spills promptly and keep it out of strong direct sun. Rotate the mattress now and then and check the slats and bolts are seated after the first few weeks (our advice).

When will my Denise Cream Boucle Bed ship?

Pre-order: King – estimated restock 10/15/2026; Queen – estimated restock 10/15/2026. Pre-ordered options ship after that restock arrives. It travels by freight (LTL) carrier, and shipping is free: every order over $100 ships free.

What mattress fits the Denise Cream Boucle Bed, and do I need a box spring?

Choose the size when you order: Queen (60" x 80") and King (76" x 80") mattresses (standard US sizes, our guide). TOV lists a slat system (3.5" between slats) but does not say whether a box spring is required; most slat beds take the mattress directly (our note). The slats sit 14.3" off the floor inside 15.6" side rails, so the mattress sits about 1.3" inside the rails: a 10–12" mattress shows about 8.7–10.7" above them (our guide).
