The Artemide Meteorite Pendant Light is a pendant light designed by Pio & Tito Toso in 2014. In Artemide's words: “At once raw and highly finished, Meteorite is an expression of accessible beauty. About the designer

Pio & Tito Toso. Italian brothers born in 1973 and 1971 respectively, Pio & Tito Toso love working with light and its endless variations. Their interest in combining both ancient and contemporary techniques of making and finishing glass, combined with cutting-edge energy-performance pushes the boundaries of what can be achieved in fixture design.

• Anyone expecting a bulb in the box: the bulb versions take E26 bulb, 100W max or E12 bulb, 4W max and the bulb is not included.
• Bathrooms, showers, covered porches or outdoor spaces: it is rated IP20 for dry indoor locations.
• Renters or anyone without an electrician: it is hardwired to a junction box.
• Anyone who needs it soon when choosing a special-order option: those are ordered from Italy and take 10–16 weeks.

Care

Our advice: switch off and let it cool, then dust with a soft dry microfiber cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners on painted and anodized aluminum. Artemide does not publish separate care instructions.
