The Artemide Ixa Wall Light is a wall light designed by Foster + Partners in 2021. In Artemide's words: “Inspired by Alexander Calder's dynamic sculptures, the design interprets the idea of "elegant balance" through precision engineering. Ixa is a complete and transversal family composed trough the combination of an adjustable spherical head, rods and counterweights. It is a smart and scalable principle that allows the Ixa family to expand with the addition of new versions.” Choose finish, model and the light source on this page.

Our Lighting Advisor's Verdict
Our Lighting Advisor's Verdict
★ Lighting Advisor's Verdict✔ Integrated LED🇮🇹 Made in ItalyDesigned by Foster + Partners✓ cULus listedDimmable5-year Artemide warranty
The Ixa Wall Light by Foster + Partners is one we recommend for high color rendering (90+ CRI) that keeps colors and skin tones true and smooth dimming.
Choose it for bedside reading, hallways, living rooms and offices; anywhere floor and table space is tight.
Not ideal for bathrooms, showers, covered porches or outdoor spaces: it is rated IP20 for dry indoor locations.
Our pick: White, for integrated LED, so there are no bulbs to buy and 3000K light, warm but clear. That version is a special order from Italy (10–16 weeks).
