Installation & sizing

How the Cylinders goes into a system (Visual Comfort's spec sheet plus our advice):

• MonoRail: clips to MonoRail with the included rail adapter
• Lamp: integrated LED, nothing to add
• Transformer: add up the lamp wattage on the run and stay within the transformer rating
• Rail drop: use rigid standoffs of at least 6" so the cylinders clear the ceiling (Visual Comfort)

A low-voltage system needs a transformer sized to the total lamp load. Have a licensed electrician install the system. Mounting details are on Visual Comfort’s spec sheet (download below).

Who this is not for

• Aimed accent light: the cylinders glow rather than spot.
