Bola Sphere is the foundation of Pablo's Bola collection: a hand-blown opal glass globe on a slim chromated stainless-steel post, so the light seems to float beneath its canopy. Eight globe sizes run from a jewel-like 4" to a statement 24", and the integrated 95 CRI LED warm-dims from 2700K to a candle-like 1800K. Room fit: where it works best

• 4"–6": bedside drops, powder rooms, and clusters of three or more; 290–800 lumens each, like a 25–60 W bulb.
• 8"–12": kitchen islands in rows of two or three (about 24–30" apart) and dining tables; 1,625 lumens, similar to a 100 W bulb.
• 16"–24": entries, stairwells and double-height rooms; the 24" globe is a single statement piece.
• Hanging height: about 30–36" from the tabletop to the bottom of the globe, or at least 7 ft above the floor in walkways.

Who this is not for

• Not for bathrooms with direct shower spray or for outdoor use: Pablo does not list a damp or wet rating.
• Not a plug-in: it hardwires to a junction box and should be installed by an electrician.

Frequently asked questions

What size Bola Sphere should I choose?

For a kitchen island, two or three 8"–10" globes; over a dining table, a single 12"–16" or a mixed cluster; in a double-height entry, the 16" or 24". The smallest 4"–6" globes work best in groups.

How long is the cord?

8.9 ft (2.7 m), and your installer can cut it to the exact drop you want.

What does "warm dim" mean?

The light starts at 2700K warm white at full brightness and shifts toward a candle-like 1800K as you dim it, the way an incandescent bulb does.

Which dimmer should I use?

Pablo lists the integrated-LED Bola fixtures as compatible with TRIAC/ELV (forward and reverse phase) and 0–10V dimmers, with DALI available on request. For the smoothest low end we suggest a quality ELV dimmer.

Can I get 3000K instead of warm dim?

Yes. Pablo builds 3000K and 3500K versions on request; they may carry a longer lead time. Choose 3000K where offered, or contact our trade desk.

Can the LED be replaced?

The LED is integrated rather than a screw-in bulb. It is rated for 50,000 hours (about 17 years at 8 hours a day), and Pablo covers it with a 5-year LED warranty.
