The Maxim Dover LED outdoor post light is a transitional fixture for a driveway entrance, a front walk, a garden gate or a lawn. It is 21 in (53.3 cm) tall and 9.25 in (23.5 cm) wide, with built-in LED, in Bronze.
Built-in LED, so nothing to relamp; output is 840 lumens at 3000K. A wet-location listing means rain and sprinkler spray will not harm it. It is Dark Sky friendly: it aims light down and keeps it out of the night sky and neighbors' windows. Seedy glass softens the light and hides the bulb from the street. The Bronze finish suits Transitional exteriors.

Where it works best
Set a post light 3 to 4 ft back from the edge of a driveway or walk so cars and mowers clear it, with the top of the lantern about 7 to 8 ft above the ground. Along a long drive, space posts 25 to 30 ft apart; at a gate or a front walk, a post on each side frames the entry.

It is a hardwired fixture, so it needs an outdoor-rated junction box; it does not plug in.
