This is the Besa Lighting Costaluz 3110 wall sconce. It measures 11.75" wide x 11.375" high x 4.25" deep. Installs directly to a 4" octagonal outlet box, centered on the fixture.

The 3110 is a wide, low sconce with a ribbed blown glass face, blown and then hand-painted. The black finish is opaque, the White is semi-translucent, and the clear inside glass can be softly frosted. Lamping: 1 x 75W A19 medium-base (E26) lamp, not included.
