Mick De Giulio's design is built around a single tapered column that rises to an angled head, the whole assembly executed in a slim profile that reads as drawn on the floor rather than planted there. The integrated LED points downward in a controlled wash, making it a precision task lamp for reading chairs and beside sofas as much as it is an ambient contributor to a larger room scheme. Natural Brass, Nightshade Black, and Polished Nickel give it the range to move between warm, collected interiors and sleek, minimalist ones without adjustment.

The LED runs at 2700K and 90 CRI — warm, accurate light that reads well at full output for reading and equally well dimmed for evening atmosphere. A touch dimmer on the cord gives full in-lamp control without requiring a wall dimmer. The cord and hardware are designed with the same attention to detail as the lamp body: nothing looks like an afterthought. ETL listed for both indoor and covered outdoor applications.

What reading height is the downlight designed for?
The angled head positions the LED output at approximately reading chair height when the lamp is placed beside a standard sofa or armchair. The head can be adjusted slightly to fine-tune the direction of light.

Is Natural Brass a living finish?
