The Punto 22 Wall Light is Kelly Wearstler's mid-scale disc sconce — a 22-inch circular fixture that occupies a wall with enough visual presence to serve as a primary decorative element rather than simply an accent. The Punto philosophy of geometric restraint scales up particularly well at 22 inches: the disc sits flat against the wall, the integrated LED washes light upward along the surface, and the result is a warm, architectural band of illumination that enhances the materiality of whatever wall it's mounted on — plaster, stone, paneling, wallcovering — by raking it with warm, directional light from below. For living rooms with significant wall surfaces, hotel guestroom feature walls, and any space where a round wall sconce is meant to register as a design statement, the Punto 22 is the appropriately scaled solution.

Is the uplight effect noticeable in rooms with dark ceilings?
