The Linea 32 Alabaster Sconce is Kelly Wearstler's statement wall piece in the Linea series — the version that justifies the phrase "architectural lighting" by occupying a wall with enough vertical presence to read as a design element of the room rather than simply a fixture on it. At 32 inches, the elongated alabaster diffuser in its brass frame creates a column of warm mineral light that simultaneously washes up and down along the wall surface, defining and enhancing the materiality of whatever surface it occupies. This is the sconce for walls with generous proportions: double-height living rooms, hotel corridors with high ceilings, stairwells where a fixture is expected to command a vertical space, and master bedrooms where the design brief calls for a wall light that contributes meaningful visual weight.
