The Dessau 48" Linear Suspension by Sean Lavin for Visual Comfort Modern is a slim integrated LED linear pendant that extends the Dessau family's Bauhaus-inflected geometry to ceiling suspension format. At 48 inches, it is sized for kitchen islands, dining tables in the 48–60 inch range, and any space where a single clean line of warm light overhead is more appropriate than a chandelier or pendant cluster. The fixture's profile is deliberately minimal — a thin rectangular bar of aluminum that disappears when unlit and reads as a precise line of warm light when on. Field-adjustable hang height.
