The Blok Small Pendant by Sean Lavin for Visual Comfort Modern is the individual building block of the Blok system — a compact Art Deco cylinder housing a single 12V LED MR16 lamp inside a faceted hexagonal shade. One Blok pendant over a reading nook or workstation delivers 485 focused lumens of 3000K task light; in multiples above a kitchen island or dining table, a cluster of Blok pendants becomes the statement. The hexagonal shade's geometry translates the six-sided body into a clean circular light aperture below through a removable diffuser lens — softening the beam without losing directional character.

The Blok Small ships with 6 feet of field-cuttable cable to accommodate custom hang heights, and is compatible with FreeJack, MonoRail, and Monopoint installation systems. The FreeJack and MonoRail versions connect to their respective canopy and track systems (sold separately); the Monopoint version includes its own canopy for single-pendant installation directly to a junction box. The MR16 lamp is replaceable — a meaningful long-term advantage over integrated LED fixtures.
