The Anton 36 Outdoor Wall Sconce is the large-scale version of Sean Lavin's quietly ingenious design for Visual Comfort — a matte black aluminum column that conceals its light source entirely, directing the integrated LED inward against a natural brass-finish blade to produce a warm, indirect upward glow. At 36 inches tall, the Anton 36 becomes a genuine architectural element on a wall, well-suited to flanking a wide garage door, anchoring the sides of a porte cochere, or lining a long garden wall or driveway.

Q: Is the Anton dimmable?
A: Yes — the Anton series is compatible with standard LED-compatible TRIAC/ELV dimmers. Dimming to 20–40% softens the brass blade glow to a very warm, amber tone.
Q: Does the black finish hold up in coastal climates?
A: The matte black anodized aluminum finish is designed for exterior use in all climates including coastal environments. Occasional cleaning with mild soap and water is all that's typically required.
