The shape nods to Art Deco club chairs but stays light on its feet, so it works as a pair facing a sofa or as a single reading chair. Choose the ash in walnut or black finish, with teddy boucle in white, light brown or tan, or taupe full-grain leather. At 35 in deep it is a true lounge chair, built for sinking in, and rated for 400 lb.

Specifications

Overall: 30 in high x 25 in wide x 35 in deep (76.2 x 63.5 x 88.9 cm)

Weight capacity: 400 lb (181 kg)

Box: 33 x 35.5 x 31 in (83.8 x 90.2 x 78.7 cm), one chair per box

Frame: solid ash bentwood, walnut or black finish

Seat and back: upholstered in boucle fabric or full-grain leather

Designer: sohoConcept in-house design team

Where to use it

Living rooms, facing a sofa

Hotel suites and lounge bars

Libraries and reading rooms

Art Deco, Organic Modern and Transitional interiors

Planning notes

At 35 in deep, allow at least 4 ft from the wall to the front of the chair plus legroom.

The bentwood sides make it narrow for its depth, only 25 in wide.

Black-finish ash sharpens the outline against pale boucle; walnut warms it.

Shipping: in-stock lounge chairs ship in 3 to 5 business days.
