Mortise and tenon joints and a weight of about 100 lb keep it planted on decking, stone or grass. At 30 in high it suits standard dining chairs, and the plain, slab-like proportions sit well in Modern, Rustic and Coastal settings. It also doubles as an indoor work or meeting table.

Specifications

Size: 30 in high x 36 in deep x 63 in long (76.2 x 91.4 x 160 cm)

Table weight: 100 lb (45.4 kg)

Material: solid grade A teak, natural finish, mortise and tenon construction

Weather resistant

Designer: sohoConcept in-house design team

Where to use it

Patios and decks for six-person dining

Restaurant terraces and hotel gardens

Covered porches and outdoor kitchens

Indoor dining rooms and meeting spaces

Planning notes

Seats six: two at each long side and one at each end.

Plan about 63 x 36 in for the table plus 36 in of chair clearance on every side.

Use chairs with a 17 to 19 in seat.

Shipping: in-stock tables ship in 3 to 5 business days. Left outdoors it slowly weathers to a soft silver-grey, and the grain may rise slightly after the first few soakings. Clean it once or twice a year with a soft brush, mild soap and water; never use a power washer, which erodes the surface. Teak cannot be painted or varnished. For winter storage use a dry shed or garage, and do not move the piece straight from the cold into a heated room, as sudden changes in temperature and humidity can split the wood.

Designer credit

The Nardo Dining Table is designed by the sohoConcept team as part of its outdoor teak collection, built for both residential and commercial use.

Frequently asked questions

How many does the Nardo table seat?

Six people: two on each long side and one at each end.

What are the dimensions?

63 in long, 36 in wide and 30 in high.

Does it extend?

No. For an extending table, choose the Kleopatra, which goes from 71 to 95 in.

Can it be used indoors?

Yes.
