The base slides under a sofa, armchair or bed while the top reaches over your lap, so a coffee cup, book or laptop sits right where you need it. Marble adds weight and a softer, classic look, which suits living rooms and bedrooms that lean warmer than the black glass version. At 24 inches high it clears most sofa seats and arms, and the narrow 12 inch width slips into gaps where a round side table will not fit.

Specifications

Height 24 in (61 cm)

Width 12 in (30 cm)

Depth 20 in (51 cm)

Top: white Italian Carrara marble

Frame: brushed (matte) stainless steel

C-shaped frame slides under sofas, chairs and beds

Sold in pairs (two per box)

Designer: Namik Ozkaynak

Where to use it

Beside a bed as a slim over-the-mattress table for books and a morning coffee

Pulled over a sofa seat or lounge chair for reading

Hotel suites and guest rooms that want a stone accent without a full nightstand

Flanking a sofa as a matched pair

Planning notes

Sold in pairs: Alfa end tables are packed two to a box, so please order them in multiples of two.

Check that your sofa or bed has at least 2 in of open space under the front edge for the base to slide in.

24 in high: the top sits above most sofa seats (17 to 19 in) and arms.

Marble is heavier than the glass and wood tops, which keeps the table steady when you lean on it.

Shipping: in-stock end tables ship in 3 to 5 business days. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners. Wipe the metal frame with a soft, dry cloth; skip abrasive pads, which scratch steel.
