An opal glass globe gives soft, even light; the metal ring around it can be turned to any angle, and the integrated LED glides from 2700K down to a candle-like 1800K. Use one over a dining table, kitchen island or reading corner, or group several over a hotel bar, boutique counter or restaurant banquette.

Specifications

Brand: Pablo Designs (San Francisco)

Model: Bola Halo Pendant

Designer: Pablo Studio, 2019

Type: Hardwired LED pendant with opal glass globe and repositionable ring

Sizes: 18 in and 22 in ring diameter

Ring finishes: Chrome, Brass, Rose Gold (polished stainless steel)

Materials: Opal glass globe, aluminum stem, steel ring, steel canopy, fabric cord

Light source: Integrated COB LED

Output: 800 lm (18 in); 1625 lm (22 in)

Power: 12 W (18 in); 20 W (22 in)

Color temperature: 2700K to 1800K dim-to-warm (3000K or 3500K fixed models on request)

CRI: 95

Dimming: Full-range; TRIAC / ELV and 0-10 V, DALI on request

Voltage: 120-277 V, 50/60 Hz

Cord: 8.9 ft (271 cm) fabric cord, field cuttable

LED lifespan: 50,000 hours

Certifications: ETL, CE

Warranty: 1 year from Pablo Designs

Pablo item numbers: BOLA HALO 18 CRM / BRA / RGD; BOLA HALO 22 CRM / BRA / RGD

Delivery: Ships in 2-3 business days when in stock

Best for / where to use it

Dining rooms: one 22 in over a table, or a pair of 18 in over a longer one

Kitchen islands and counters: a row of 18 in pendants gives even task light

Bedrooms and reading corners: the warm-dim range suits evening wind-down

Hotels and restaurants: groups over bars and banquettes, dimmable to a low amber

Boutiques and lounges: a single statement pendant over a display or seating group

Installation & planning

Hardwired to a ceiling junction box; we recommend a licensed electrician.

The 8.9 ft cord can be cut to length on site, so plan the drop before trimming.

Over a table, a common starting point is 30-36 in between the table surface and the bottom of the glass.

Pair it with a TRIAC / ELV or 0-10 V dimmer to get the full dim-to-warm range.

Turn the ring by hand to the orientation you want once the fixture is hanging.

Dry indoor locations only; Pablo publishes no damp or wet rating.

Who this is not for

Bathrooms, porches and other damp spaces.

Plug-in setups: there is no plug.

Anyone who needs a fixed 3000K look at all dim levels without ordering the special model.

Why we carry it / Trade & project orders

Modern Design Center has curated lighting since 2009 and is an authorized Pablo Designs retailer.
