nyta-tilt-large-pendant-light
Nyta Tilt Large Pendant Light, Adjustable Aluminum Shade

An aluminum pendant you can aim: the shade tilts up to 125° and turns 360° to put light exactly where you need it.

Tilt is Nyta’s best-known design. The shade works like a cupped reflector: it pivots and turns along its oblong opening, gathering the light and directing it toward the table, wall or object you want to light. The solid aluminum shade has a matte finish. A fabric-covered cord, a 5.5″ canopy and a self-fastening hanging mechanism that holds the lamp neatly in position complete it. The shade is 11″ across, and it takes one E26 bulb up to 60 W.

Specifications

Brand: Nyta (Germany, founded 2012)

Model: Tilt Large

Designers: Fabian Maier, Johannes Marmon and Johannes Müller, founders of Nyta

Type: Adjustable pendant light, hardwired with ceiling canopy

Colors: Matte Gray, Matte Black, Matte White

Shade size: Ø 11″ × H 9.6″

Canopy: Ø 5.5″

Cord: 120″, fabric-covered

Weight: 2.2 lb

Materials: Solid aluminum shade with a matte painted finish; stainless steel

Adjustment: Tilts up to 125°, swivels 360°

Socket: E26 medium base, max 60 W; bulb not included

Voltage: 120V AC

Installation: Hardwired to a ceiling junction box with the canopy

Location: Indoor, IP20

Made in: Europe

Item numbers (MPN): Matte Gray NY-TLT-LGY; Matte Black NY-TLT-LBK; Matte White NY-TLT-LWH

Features

Shade tilts up to 125° and swivels 360°

Solid aluminum with a matte finish

Fabric-covered 120″ cord and 5.5″ canopy

Self-fastening hanging mechanism holds the lamp in position

E26 socket, max 60 W, 120V AC

Best for

Over a dining table, in a row above a kitchen island with each shade aimed a little differently, above a desk or reading chair, or angled toward artwork.
