Open the doors and you have a shelf for bottles, glassware and a small bar setup, closed it reads as a sculptural object.

At 46 in wide, 28.25 in deep and 71.5 in tall, it is a floor-standing statement piece, closer in scale to an armoire than a cart. Give it a wall in a living room, lounge or private dining room with the doors able to swing open. Closed, it works as a piece of furniture; open, it becomes a bar with everything visible at a glance.

Specifications

Collection: Metropolitan Decor Essentials

Dimensions: 46 in W x 28.25 in D x 71.5 in H (116.8 x 71.8 x 181.6 cm)

Materials: Iron frame, glass doors, mirror

Finish / Color: Rustic dark brown metal with clear glass

Mobility: Casters on the stand

Assembly: No assembly required

Item number: MD-MDE-20458

Where to use it

Living room: Stores a home bar behind doors and acts as a focal piece.

Hotel or restaurant lounge: Holds glassware and bottles for service in a small footprint.

Private dining room: Keeps spirits and stemware close to the table.

Loft or studio: Substitutes for a bar cabinet without built-ins.

Planning notes

Allow 4 ft of width and about 3 ft of depth when the doors are open. The rustic dark metal suits industrial, loft and transitional rooms, and warms up against brick, leather and walnut.

Keep heavier bottles on the lower shelf and glassware above to keep the center of weight low.
