KASANE is the storage system we recommend to anyone who wants a tidy room that still looks designed: lidded boxes and trays on one modular footprint, in quiet colors that stack into calm, architectural blocks. blomus is a family company run by the fourth generation of the Blome family in Sundern, Germany. It began in 1921 making bicycle parts, moved into copper, brass, pewter and stainless-steel design pieces in 1961, and has worked under the blomus name since 2000.

Buy once: durability and care

Dust or wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry straight away; do not soak, and keep it out of standing water. Indoor use only. Because every piece shares the same 9.9-inch depth, containers and trays of different sizes and colors can be stacked into one tidy column.

Frequently asked questions

Which KASANE box does the small lid fit?

The small lid (9.9" × 7.7") fits the Small KASANE box.

Which KASANE box does the large lid fit?

The large lid (9.9" × 15.4") fits both the Medium and Large KASANE boxes.

Can the KASANE lid be used without a box?

Yes, it works as a stand-alone tray.

How tall is the KASANE lid tray?

1.2" (3 cm) high.

What colors does the KASANE lid come in?

Moonbeam, Mourning Dove and Anthracite.

How fast will the KASANE lid tray ship?

In-stock items ship in 2–3 business days, and orders over $100 ship free by ground to the 48 contiguous states.

Trade pricing for design professionals

Interior designers, architects, hospitality buyers and home stagers can apply to the MetropolitanDecor Trade Program for trade pricing on blomus and the rest of our catalog, a dedicated trade support line, and free catalogs.
