It develops many of the brand’s home pieces, from furniture and textiles to home fragrance, drawing on the company’s own design know-how that goes back to 1961.

Why we carry it

We are an authorized blomus retailer and have been curating design-led pieces for the home since 2009. FERA is the blomus furniture line we suggest for small living rooms and rentals: slim powder-coated steel tables with an industrial edge, light enough to move and in five muted colors that pair across the range. blomus is a family company run by the fourth generation of the Blome family in Sundern, Germany. It began in 1921 making bicycle parts, moved into copper, brass, pewter and stainless-steel design pieces in 1961, and has worked under the blomus name since 2000.

Buy once: durability and care

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry; avoid abrasive pads that could mark the powder coat. Indoor use only. The matte, slightly roughened powder coat hides fingerprints and gives the steel a soft, mineral look.

Frequently asked questions

How tall is the FERA towel ladder?

65" high and 17 11/16" wide (165 × 45 cm).

Does the FERA towel ladder need to be mounted?

No, it leans against the wall; rubber caps protect the wall and floor.

Why is this towel ladder called MODO on blomus.us?

blomus.us lists it under MODO, while blomus’s item data credits the ladder to FERA by studio blomus; it is the same item, number 69078.

What color is the FERA towel ladder?

Matte black.

Can the FERA towel ladder hold blankets?

Yes, it works for throws and quilts as well as towels.

How fast will the FERA towel ladder ship?

In-stock items ship in 2–3 business days, and orders over $100 ship free by ground to the 48 contiguous states.

Trade pricing for design professionals

Interior designers, architects, hospitality buyers and home stagers can apply to the MetropolitanDecor Trade Program for trade pricing on blomus and the rest of our catalog, a dedicated trade support line, and free catalogs.
