It measures 5.9" wide x 11.5" high x 6.5" deep, with each shade 3.125 inches across and 6.375 inches high. It installs to a standard 4-inch octagonal outlet box and, per Besa, mounts to the wall only, with the glass oriented upward or downward as you prefer.

Wish is a teardrop-shaped blown glass shade in Black hardware. The clear glass is contemporary yet timeless and shimmers around the light source; Amber/Clear, Blue/Clear and Smoke/Clear add a tint to the same teardrop. The exposed filament-style lamp is part of the look, so the lamp you choose shows. Choose the LED filament version (a replaceable, dimmable LED filament lamp is included) or the incandescent version with a lamp of your choice (not included). Besa photographs the Wish glass on its 3-light fixture, so the photos on this page show that version; the shades are identical on the 1-light.

Specifications

Brand: Besa Lighting

Collection: Wish

Type: 1-light wall sconce, wall mount only

Model: Wish 1-Light

Finish: Black hardware; plated metal canopy

Glass: Teardrop-shaped handcrafted European blown glass: Amber/Clear, Blue/Clear, Clear or Smoke/Clear

Dimensions: 5.9" wide x 11.5" high x 6.5" deep; each shade 3.125" diameter x 6.375" high; handcrafted glass varies slightly

Mounting: Installs directly to a 4" octagonal outlet box; Besa lists it for wall mount only, oriented upward or downward

Lamping: 1 x 60W maximum T10 medium (E26) base lamp per light, not included; dims with a standard incandescent dimmer (not included); 8W replaceable T-shape LED filament lamp per light, included: 800 lumens, 3000K, rated 15,000 hours, dimmable

LED performance: 800 lumens per lamp, 3000K, rated 15,000 hours, dimmable

Voltage: 120V

Rating: Damp location, interior use only; UL or ETL listed

Materials: Handcrafted glass; stamped steel

Item numbers (MPN): 1WG-WISHAM, -WISHBL, -WISHCL or -WISHSM (Amber/Clear, Blue/Clear, Clear or Smoke/Clear), followed by -BK; LED filament versions add -EDIL before -BK

Features

1 teardrop-shaped handcrafted glass shade, 3.125" x 6.375"

Amber/Clear, Blue/Clear, Clear or Smoke/Clear glass

Black finish with a plated stamped-steel canopy

5.9" wide x 11.5" high x 6.5" deep

Mounts up or down; wall mount only

Incandescent (60W max T10) or LED filament (8W, 800 lm, 3000K) per light

Damp rated for interior use; UL or ETL listed

Spec sheet & installation

Wish vanity and wall sconce specification sheet (PDF, from Besa Lighting)

Best for

Bathrooms, powder rooms, bedrooms and hallways, up or down as you choose. Besa Lighting pairs American design with European glass artisanship: its shades are hand-blown by skilled artisans using techniques passed down for generations, then hand-inspected at Besa’s factory in Ohio for color, pattern, thickness and size before they ship.

Buy once: durability and care

With the power off and the lamps cool, wipe the glass with a soft cloth lightly misted with glass cleaner (spray the cloth, not the fixture) and dust the black plate with a dry microfiber cloth (our advice).
